Calibration and special mixtures [ Return towards Laboratories and analysis ]

We produce all categories of customized mixtures:

mixtures of 2 to 40 components,
concentrations ranging from % to ppb,
blending tolerances ranging up to 1% relative,
calibration uncertainties ranging up to 0,1% relative.

To select the proper mixture is due to define:

application - to choose the right mixture category,
components and expected concentrations,
carrier gas,
cylinder size,
quality documentation required.

The mixture category depends of blending tolerance and calibration uncertainty.

Blending Tolerance BT - maximum difference between the required nominal concentration and the realised concentration. This property is related to production technology.

Uncertainty U - maximum difference between the concentration achieved and the true concentration of the mixture. This property is related measuring technique.
