In-line equipment for continuous processes, or batch production, we adapt to your way of working. There is low investment needed or Air Liquide can offer you a flexible rental. The cryogenic equipments have lower space requirements then mechanical and they are designed with a strong focus on safety, hygiene and cost-efficient operations.

Spiral freezer

Compact and powerful freezing equipment, the right choice for higher capacities. Extraction of heat by forced convection. Continuous operation. Spiral freezer is a high capacity continuous freezer which uses a cryogen (either liquid carbon dioxide or liquid nitrogen) to freeze food products. This type of equipment is typically used for freezing baked product, hamburger or prepared meals by customers in the food industry.

CRUST FLOW™ P

This device is used for the crusting of fragile, deformable and sticky products. The product transits on a polyester belt impregnated with liquid nitrogen which forms a crust on the underside of the product in a few tenths of a second. A spray manifold is used to simultaneously crust the top of the product.

CRUST FLOW™ V

This is particularly suited to crusting and fully quick-freezing small products such as meat and cheese cubes, ground meat and sea food. It can also be used for IQF subcooling of products prior to icing. CRUST FLOW™ V comprises an insulated vibrating conveyor on which a film of liquid nitrogen very rapidly chills and individually crusts products. A system for recycling the liquid nitrogen reduces consumption to a minimum.

CRYOMIX™ cryogenic tumbler

The CRYOMIX™ is a tumbling system developed by Armor Inox together with Air Liquide. CRYOMIX™ is a tumbler for freezing IQF products and coating them by rapidly crusting the sauce around them. This is achieved by alternating the injection cycles of sauce and liquid nitrogen.

Bottom Injection

Bottom Injection patented systems for liquid N2 and liquid CO2 bottom injection systems have been developed by Air Liquide. This equipment has been adapted to different types of mixers for reducing and maintaining the temperature of meat, dough, pasta and other products during mixing and kneading.
