Tender for an oxygen compressor

Announces a tender pursuant to Art. 70¹-70⁵ of the Civil Code for execution of the task entitled:

PRODUCTION, DELIVERY AND START-UP OF AN OXYGEN COMPRESSOR

All companies interested in participation in the tender should send their offers until 14/11/2011 by 2.00 p.m. to the following address: ALKAT SP. Z O.O., AL. J. PIŁSUDSKIEGO 92, 41-308 DĄBROWA GÓRNICZA.

The terms of participation in the proceedings are as follows:

The contractor/supplier should not be in arrears with payment of public & legal benefits and is in an economic condition that allows him to participate in the tender.
The contractor/supplier should have the ISO 9001 quality system.
The contractor/supplier should have the human potential and experience in the production of oxygen compressors.

Required documents:

Copy of an entry in the National Court Register, Commercial Register or Business Activity Register - not older than three months. It is acceptable to present such copy within six months as of its preparation date, provided that a written statement is made that the data specified in such copy did not change.
Copies of the balance sheet from 2009 and 2010.
Copies of the quality certificates at hand.
References for production of oxygen compressors with similar parameters which are not older than three years.

Criteria for selection of the supplier/contractor:

Price: 40%
Energy consumption: 25%
Other technical aspects, e.g. the scope of regulations: 15%
Delivery deadline: 15%
Payment terms: 5%

The detailed terms of participation in the proceedings, the detailed description of the subject-matter of the order (including e.g. the required order execution deadline, the agreement template, etc.), as well as information about the place and deadline for submission of the offers are presented in the attached 'Specification of Significant Order Terms'.

This tender shall be performed according to the internal procedures for conclusion of agreements (available in the attached file).

The tender will be performed based on the regulations of the Polish law, whereas all possible disputes shall be resolved by the competent Polish courts.

The provisions of the Public Procurement Act of 29th January 2004 do not apply to this tender.

The ordering party reserves itself the right to change the announcement or terms of the tender

The ordering party reserves itself the right to cancel the tender at each stage of the proceedings or to leave the tender unsettled.

The Company applies for a financial support for the project from EU funds of the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Program.
